CurrentSupporting the Business Analytics Directorate by managing internal budgets related to various projects and lines of effort.Generating related work products, including course of action (COA) analysis. The successful candidate should possess a working knowledge of DoD software development requirements and the software development life cycle as well as cloud infrastructure and the associated costs (licensing, hosting, etc). They should be able to research and independently put together the pros and cons of various technical approaches, along with the associated costs projected.Briefing senior leaders on potential COAs and their impacts, as well as the current status of budgets (portfolio-wide, across the directorate). Assisting in the timely preparation/coordination of weekly reports, milestone tracking, financial reports, technical reports, and overview documents. Participating in meetings and supporting specified cross functional teams.Reviewing, analyzing, and tracking the progress of the portfolio against common milestones, with respect to budget.Perform internal and external coordination with SMEs, stakeholders, and/ or bill payers.Track the status and completion of required tasks. Ensuring the timely delivery of reports and other work products.Assist in the design, development, and implementation of workflows and processes related to programs, policies, and initiatives.Prepare reports, briefs, white papers, correspondences, strategic communications, etc.
