-Provide advice and recommendations on Radio Bn operational employment, training, equipping, and resource management to CO, 3d Radio Bn and AC/G-2, III MEF.-Ensure Radio Bn operations and support are fully integrated and coordinated with the III MEF scheme of maneuver.-Plan and supervise Radio Bn signals intelligence/electronic warfare (SIGINT/EW) operations, analysis, production and collection management in support of III MEF.-Direct, coordinate, and supervise staff organization and action ensuring compliance with commander's intent.-Develop plans, orders and instructions necessary to implement the commander's policies.-Represent the command when authorized.-Serve additionally as the Security Manager, Special Security Officer, Physical Security Officer, Intelligence Oversight Officer, and Command Inspection Program Officer.

-Manage all Operational aspects of Marine Cryptologic Support Battalion to include coordination of personnel assignments to 18 different PCS locations world-wide, individual augmentation requirements to the Marine Corps Operating Forces, as well as mission functions for the battalion with eight geographically dispersed companies.-Manage the manpower structure and requirements of the battalion as directed by the Battalion Commander, in coordination with Headquarters Marine Corps, and the National Security Agency/Central Security Service (NSA/CSS).-Maintain all documentation related to structure allocation and develop future plans for the investment of Battalion structure within the NSA/CSS SIGINT Enterprise.-Represent the Battalion for all operational interests with HQMC, MCIA, and NSA/CSS.-Manage all tasks required for collateral duties of Battalion Historian, Tuition Assistance, Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection, Intelligence Oversight and Testing.-Serve as MCSB's Network Warfare/Computer Network Operations (NW/CNO) policy subject matter expert and provide SIGINT support to HQMC, MCIA, MAGTF, and NSA/CSS as needed.
