Co-authored an economic impact analysis of community solar in Virginia in partnership with the Coalition for Community Solar Access (CCSA). My work included: -Providing policy support through analysis of key regulations supporting community solar-Researching and analyzing community solar project size characteristics in peer states -Providing needed data for model inputs, such as install $/Watt

Research at the firm covered: -Community solar policy -State/local electric bus initiatives

Aided the office through: -Drafting constituent and lobbyist correspondence -Attending and summarizing committee meetings -Conducting policy research and performing other functions as needed

For the summer term, I worked on an academic research project concerning community solar energy in Virginia. The projects’ goal was to provide recommendations to policymakers and third-party interests for setting up effective programs in Virginia.
