Associate Product Engineer Ii And Data Analyst
Current-Facilitate beta testing and work organizational readiness for NPD (New Product Development) projects.-Publish and maintain Knowledge Base Articles as needed. Review/edit KBAs submitted by others for publication to the KBA database. Communicate software and hardware suggestions and problems in appropriate databases. Assist others in utilizing these same tools effectively and appropriately.-Work with Product Engineering team and other team members to improve their troubleshooting skills, customer service skills, and self-sufficiency to ensure that we provide world class product assistance and information to our customers as measured by our customer satisfaction survey scores.-Provide 2nd level technical product assistance and information primarily to team members and also directly to customers, potential customers, and other Emerson people to ensure they are successful.-Perform other special projects as assigned.
