- Reporting to the COO, this position is responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain operations including warehouse and 3PL management, inbound and outbound order processing, store replenishment, inventory accuracy, supplier compliance, and systems management. - Successfully engaged internal and external stakeholders to ensure warehouse operations achieved KPI’s across digital and physical store based customers. - Conducted a comprehensive review of end-to-end processes and subsequentially implemented various changes resulting in the doubling of throughput efficiency while also improving inbound and outbound order accuracy. - Successful selection, transition and management of a new 3PL partner which provided greater capability, capacity and systems functionality to support the organisations forecasted growth trajectory.

- Leading a close and dynamic team, responsibilities included requirement scoping, as is/to be process mapping, test case development, communication planning and the tracking and managing of deliverables. - Supply Chain project lead, rolling out a state-of-the-art automated National Distribution Centre working closely with multiple external service providers, internal IT, change management and the wider Supply Chain team.

- Led a small team responsible for group wide Supply Chain systems and operations across multiple warehouses nationally as well as supplier EDI on-boarding and compliance. Worked collaboratively with each warehouse to establish best operational practices within an ever-changing supply chain and retail environment as a result COVID-19.- Achieved a year-on-year productivity improvement and reduce overall costs despite increasing labour rates.- Coordinated multiple large scale stock repositioning exercises to ensure customer online fulfillment was able to seamlessly continue from dark store locations. These responsibilities were in addition to the budgeting and forecasting elements of my Business Analyst role.

- Successfully developed and maintained a proprietary system which supported the accurate forecasting of the weekly flow of over $3.3b worth of stock across 4 warehouse and multiple handling streams. This provided the basis for setting warehouse and transport budgets along with determining operational KPI’s.- Responsibilities also included detailed weekly reporting on all warehouse and transport operational and financial KPI’s as well as other financial and administrative tasks involving invoice review, processing and month end processes.- Provided business critical analysis of various domestic transport tenders ensuring the selection of the most cost efficient service providers and fleet structure to supporting daily stock deliveries to over 60 stores in a safe and timely manner.

- Managed large volume of containers of stock flowing annually from overseas suppliers through international hubs into multiple Australian warehouses, with a strong focus on supplier compliance, order tracking as well as management of the freight forwarder service provider.- Responsible for the reporting and management of lead-time and financial KPI’s as well as the development of a seasonal landed cost calculator. This tool provided merchandise teams the ability to accurately forecast landed costs resulting in the consistent achievement of target margins. - Pivotal role in analysis of annual international shipping tender process to ensure the fastest and most cost effective ocean carrier selection to meet business requirements.

This program elevated graduates from retail stores offering three rotations in the national support office.Rotation 1 – International Supply Chain: Effectively conducted a feasibility review of a new warehousing and buying process while also managing Myer’s largest overseas 3PL processing hub.Rotation 2 – Store Operations: Developed a national store shrinkage program which drove a reduction of national shrinkage to less than 1% of sales. Rotation 3 – Office of the Chief Executive Officer: Key support role on projects, including the rollout of a Myer buying agent in Shanghai and Hong Kong and the redevelopment of the Myer Melbourne store.
