In April 18, I was fortunate enough to be promoted to Operations Manager.Since taking on this role I have developed the operations:- Increased the Peak Vehicle Requirement from 25 vehicles to 40 vehicles through the acquisition of new contracts for local councils and businesses, maximising the usage of operator licenses.- Grown business profits through new, regular contract work including: - Becoming an agreed supplier to First Travel Solutions enabling the business to work rail replacement. - Meeting with new customers and using expertise to deliver new services for special events inc Victorious Festival in PortsmouthAs part of this role, I work very closely with many of our stakeholders to ensure the service delivered meets the expectations and requirements of all. On a daily basis I liaise with customers, employees and directors making the environment very workable and approachable.

Headhunted by Xelabus to join their team as Assistant Operations Manager - my first management role.
