As a Program Officer, I oversee and manage various aspects of the Real Estate program within Services Australia. This role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating program activities, collaborating with stakeholders, monitoring valuations, and ensuring the program's goals are met. I also track progress, report on outcomes, and make necessary adjustments for success.In my previous role as a Complex Assessment Officer (CAO), I was responsible for meticulously analysing the financial statements of Trusts and companies. This involves reviewing income statements, balance sheets, tax returns and depreciation schedules statements to assess what was allowable under Social Security law and explaining to our customer as well as chartered accountants the difference of a what was allowable under Social Security Law against Taxation Law for eligibility. The role also involved making recommendations and providing insights for informed decision-making.
