WigWag Operator, Forklift Driver

Hired on as a Machine Operator after my temporary assignment of renovation through a temp agency had concluded.

Operated a metal lathe used to create tank parts for the U.S. Armed Forces. I was also a Forklift Operator.

General merchandise Unloading Supervisor. Responsible for 7 employees to unload the days trailer quickly, efficiently, and safely. Also stored away overstock and picked from previous overstock to have all supplies ready before the overnight stockers arrived for their shift. I operated the forklift, walkie-stacker, electric pallet jack, scissor lift, and rarely the shopping cart machine.

Responsible for every aspect of business operation including a staff of 25 employees, Interviewing, hiring, terminating, reprimanding, evaluating, training, promoting, payroll and operating cost budgeting, inventory, supply ordering, register balancing, deposits, record keeping of overages and shortages, software upgrades and training, film building and teardown, show times and movie bookings, and free movies! That's way too much work as a salaried employee averaging much less than the next high schooler I just hired. So, I finally uprooted and moved to Wisconsin just a few years ago.
