Currently a Plant Engineer at Kawasaki Motors Manufacturing Corp., USA. I am a 2021 graduate from Doane University with a B.S. in Engineering with an emphasis in mechanical engineering. I work with programs such as Solidworks and KeyCreator for engineering design. I have been a project manager for a handful of larger construction projects on site at KMM,as well, lots of small jobs dealing with contractors building my communication skills. Aside from the design side, I help put together budget estimates for jobs that I am working on to communicate to management how much money as well as schedule timeline for every project I work on. With working in a large manufacturing plant, I work with all different employees within different divisions to help problem solve to help make their tasks more efficient. While I’m college, during the summers, I was employed as a design intern at Continental Fire Sprinkler Company in Omaha, NE using the skills of AutoCAD and AutoSprink. During this internship I had to build connections inside the company as well as learn International Building Codes and NFPA for fire sprinkler design. While in college I ran competitively in both cross country and track & field for both Iowa Western and Doane respectively.
