I am completing my third year at Tulane University Law School and am looking for a full-time legal position. I have a strong background in legal research, writing and analysis. I was selected to be a writer for Tulane's Sports Law Journal. I am also a writer and Senior Editor of Tulane's Sports Law Newsletter, member of the Sports Law Society and help run the Sports Law Moot Court Competitions. All of these experiences have and will continue to strengthen my research and writing skills, which are critical to success in any field of law. Last summer I interned for the National Labor Relations Board Region 15 Office (New Orleans, LA) where I investigated unfair labor practice charges.Previously I interned in the in the legal/contracts department of a Technica Corporation in Dulles, VA where I drafted, reviewed and revised non-compete agreements, teaming agreements and subcontracts in addition to researching various legal issues for the General Counsel.At Trinity College I majored in Public Policy and Law and graduated with Honors. I was also a defensive lineman on Trinity's two-time football championship team in the NESCAC league.I strengthened my research and writing skills as a Research Assistant for Professor Adrienne Fulco, Director of the Public Policy and Law Department at Trinity College. As an intern for the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection I researched online scams and fraud and drafted newsletters and weekly Facebook posts and tweets to help educate the public on best practices to deal with consumer protection issues. I led the social media campaign for the Government Affairs Industry Network (GAIN) across several platforms. I participated in the Ronald Reagan Institute - Leadership and the American Presidency Program where I refined my leadership skills so that I can create positive change in the political arena.I am looking for a full time position after graduating from law school starting in September, 2024 where I can use my research, writing and analytical skills.
