I taught U.S. military science and history classes for Carson-Newman University, Lincoln Memorial University, and Duncan Law School to both ROTC and non-ROTC students. Senior instructor and advisor to the University’s Chief Operating Officer for the Army Reserve Officers' Training Corps. I provided instruction, coaching, and training to 205 cadets across three universities in leadership, management, and military tactics to prepare them for commissioning into the United States Army.

Served as the Senior Operations Officer and Advisor to the Commander and senior managers for Kandahar, Afghanistan, during the downsizing of the presence of the U.S. in-country. Oversaw and directed actions for supporting all U.S. military, contractors, and NATO allies stationed at Kandahar Airfield, consisting of 4,000 personnel, during its closure. Additionally, served as the Force Protection and Operations Manager responsible for the ground defense area and force protection in and around Kandahar Airfield. Led the organization’s development programs responsible for training expert instructors, coaches, and counselors in marksmanship and professional development counseling.

Responsible for coordinating resources, communicating plans, and overseeing executive-level projects for an organization that trains 5,500 students annually. Managed the daily operations for five Operations Officers, five staff sections, and 120 employees.

Oversaw a team of 12 instructors and three human resources personnel. Additionally, I served as the master trainer for a company responsible for training 1,000 students annually. I provided advisory support to the Operations Officer on operational matters, ensuring they aligned with organizational objectives.

Managed the readiness, training, and oversight of 40 employees. Performed duties for the United States National Command Authority global response force, ensuring rapid deployment worldwide within 18 hours of notification. Provided daily supervision, guidance, and mentorship to team members while fostering the growth of junior leaders.
