• I was operating three pad printing machines to the highest quality with minimal rejects.
• Correcting any issue with the machine or print quality, if unable to restart the machine for any reason then I would raise a maintenance repair order.
• Ink mixing would occur once a shift for each machine before carrying out the ink change.
• Clean all the pots & clichés after the ink change is completed with universal screen wash.
• Check the pretreatment is correct every two hours, using dyne ink on the bottle that I have taken from the machine as a sample.
• I carried out quality checks on the printed bottles such as scale checks & cross hatch after an ink change to make sure that there are no changes that could affect the quality of the product.
