Member - Gift of Hope - Donor Family Advisory Council. The Donor Family Advisory Council guides Gift of Hope in the aftercare services offered to donor families and helps plan and conduct special events for donor families to honor their loved ones.My wife Lisa and I joined the Donor Family Advisory Council because we feel it provides a real opportunity for us to contribute to Gift of Hope's mission and to recognize and honor other donor families in effective and meaningful ways. Our participation on the Council provides us with a means of repaying Gift of Hope's tremendous contribution and allows us to educate others about the importance of organ donation, dismiss misconceptions and share the magnificent feeling we have experienced in knowing our Dylan helped others.
