I am currently working as a Regional IT Technician for Our Learning Cloud, a cloud based IT service provider. I have been working for the company now for 15 months and since my starting, I have been able integrate myself within my 8 sites that I am directly responsible for, and has formed strong relationships with the key members of staff, and a majority of the support staff within these sites. Providing an efficient and effective level of service that has contributed to the recent renewal of the contract.My expertise spans across system administration, network management, remote access tools, cloud solutions and Microsoft products., where I have consistently demonstrated my ability to implement and optimize IT infrastructure to support organizational goals.Though still relatively new to the industry, I have participated in various IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time. My hands-on experience with technologies like Azure Directory, InTune, Connectwise has allowed me to support my sites effectively, provide IT advice, security, and support changes and advances on the on-site technology.I am a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams. My strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous learning enable me to stay ahead of emerging trends and adapt to the ever-evolving technology landscape.Currently, I am looking for a position back in Stoke-On-Trent. and I am always open to new opportunities to connect, collaborate, and innovate.
