Auditing installations and planning packs.- Efficiently plan and schedule all field implementation requests / tasks, ensuring all work is completed to Service Level Agreements - Evaluation of job packs and distribution to Field teams via Field Supervisors, ensuring that all teams are provided a full set of contract specific documents and safe dig prints.- Apply for notices and permits from local authorities to enable field teams to complete the planned works.- Ensuring full compliance with local authority and statutory provisions for street works (NRSWA)- Providing daily and weekly reports to customers via conference calls and meetings- Operation of all IT and contract support systems in the telent Regional Depot.- Collate and compile data for input to Field performance metrics to support Field Management.- Input to the evaluation and review of all contract processes and procedures to ensure the telent Field Operation is constantly improving and operating at its optimum at any given time;- Validate all work coming into the Resource Planning Team, to ensure all information contained within the request is accurate and valid.
