The City of Austin and the EOC began and has maintained a covid positive isolation facility since the pandemic began in Travis county. My role consists of creating purchase orders, receiving and disbursing medical and office supplies for the facility. Additionally, I created the weekly and monthly schedules for the medical logistics staff and coordinated the staffing needs of the needs of the facility.

Circulation Front Desk Clerk- Greets visitors, handles their inquiries, and directs them to the appropriate person. Answers multi-line telephones and directs calls or takes messages. Distributes, disperses, and reconciles petty cash requests. Types letters, memos, forms and other correspondence. Files and retrieves documents, records and reports. Maintains records, enters data and retrieves data as needed. Analyzes and interprets data and prepares reports.

Responsibilities - conduct tours of museums or galleries, answer inquiries, direct visitors to specific exhibits, give visitors information about exhibits, control visitors' access to exhibits, check that all visitors have departed at closing time, prevent unauthorized entry inspect membership cards, admission passes and tickets, and patrol the museum or gallery to ensure security.
