I manage a portfolio of loans (over $2BN) to ultra-high net worth clients. My main duties include: credit analysis and underwriting of secured loans, derivative lines, credit letters, revolving lines; conducting clients’ annual reviews; performing ratings of borrowers and credit facilities; following banking regulation and internal policies.Preparation of all credit contractual documentation for the deal underwritten, including demand notes, security and guarantee agreements, regulatory forms; reviewing legal opinions; liaising with internal and external legal counselors. Monitoring the clients’ investment portfolio, which is the collateral for the loans and credit transaction provided. Analyzing lending value to a wide variety of securities, coordinating the resolution of margin calls, and other collateral under coverage situations. My duties also include contacting the clients or family offices to perform annual due diligence review, in partnership with the Risk team.Undertaking extensive training courses on financial and banking topics.

Managed a portfolio of investments and loans (senior loans, syndicated loans, secured loans, subordinated debt, securitizations, bridge loans, among others) to financial institutions across several countries. My duties included client prospecting, performance of due diligence, financial analysis, deal closing (including negotiating terms, and preparation of legal documentation), and relationship management. Credit risk rating: I conducted financial analysis for financial institutions (banks, financial institutions, holding companies) in order to propose a credit rating to a rating committee and publish an analytical report on the entity rated. The institutions included banks, credit card issuers, holding companies, and other financial institutions throughout the Central American Region.
