Current-Responsible for researching key stakeholders to assess business development, relationship strengthening, and conflict resolution opportunities. Plan for future engagements involving the Commanding General and SES to capitalize on these opportunities. -Develop business process and continuously improve existing processing using lean six sigma practices. -Lead working groups-Plan / execute events - governance boards and strategic management reviews involving several organizations that are intended to address organizational issues and make decisions to resolve them. -Develop Strategic Plans - sustain strategic management competency-Serve as the Quality Manager and Business Process Improvement (BPI) Manager.
