These efforts consisted of the following: * Developed and maintained design review processes for all design review levels (component, subsystem, and system). * Trained and provided support to government personnel on design review processes. * Audited design reviews at least monthly to ensure the review was conducted in accordance with the design review process and the design documentation was reviewed properly. * Approved component level reviews (about 100 reviews) as they occurred by serving as independent technical authority. * Provided weekly, technically sound and accurate design review progress status reports.* Identified and notified appropriate government personnel of trouble spots within a day of discovery. Implemented corrective actions to resolve these trouble spots. * Managed and allocated resources (analyzed workload) to ensure design reviews were properly supported (staffed) with an independent technical authority for all component level preliminary and critical design reviews. *Oversaw and managed on average 3 support contractors and distributed workload amongst the contractor staff. * Assessed system development and demonstration (SDD-2) contract for design review scope and resource allocations. -Led the effort to develop an electronic web based automated design review tool that enables comments against design documentation to be easily tracked and accessible for technical authorities to review them and adjudicate any issues between the design proposed by the contractor and the concerns of the government. The tool streamlined the artifact review phase of the design review process.

Led IPTs to use risk management tools to determine the best course of action on problems that needed immediate resolution. -Reviewed advanced design, prototype, and R&D proposals for noise control and technical purposes. I ensured that new degradations were not introduced as a result of installing such designs.
