- Stripping for engraving - Prep for hardening - Pad Fitting- Blacking (Chemical salts)- Wood finishing (filling grain, achieving colour, ect, and final finish)- Prepping gun for first shoot (Mechanical workings, facing down, ejection trigger pulls, and plays) Mainly O/U's Royals- Finishing the gun through to final shoot and viewing (polishing, any adjustments to the workings, lacquering and inking up)- Test shooting (Tunnel)- Balancing- General Finishing polishing, Pin and dowel fitting anything that comes with the job. Lathe, Bridge port, grinder, oxy acetylene torche/Forge work (Brazing, Hardening+Tempering)
