Committed to providing a synergistic approach for the advancement of sustainable design at both the buildings and community level, Daniel has a strong understanding of the integrated design process and believes this holistic approach is ideal when assisting a project team in attaining their sustainability goals.Daniel has a proven track record as a strong resource for implementing sustainable design practices and has extensive project experience utilizing the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System at every level. He has consulted on dozens of LEED Canada for New Construction (NC), LEED Canada for Existing Buildings (EB:O&M) and LEED Canada for Commercial Interiors (CI) projects, including The BC Oil & Gas Commission’s Victoria Office, and the Farmer Construction Head Office, Victoria, which were each LEED Platinum Certified.Daniel has also served as the Sustainability/LEED Project Manager for multiple phases of Dockside Green, a 4.6 hectare mixed-use development in Victoria, British Columbia and for the 2010 Athletes Village (renamed The Village at False Creek), a 7 hectare mixed use development in South East False Creek, Vancouver, British Columbia.
