Key responsibilities:Leading a team of 3 Project Coordinators, and working alongside LV, Integrated Security, and voice/data vendors. I oversee all North American IT NSO projects and am ultimately responsible for their planning, execution, scheduling, and completion.Accomplishments:• Recently stepping into this role, I have already built a timeline of and implemented process improvement steps, including but not limited to:o Improved vendor engagement and automation.o Internal process flow mapping to outline bottlenecks and create standardization.o Cross-platform integrations for enhanced productivity (Smartsheet + Power Automate)• Financial forecasting and inventory management to better utilize assets and cut costs• Train and mentor the IT Project Coordinators to ensure the success of on-site work and overall project accomplishment.• Overhauled our Confluence document repository to create standardization and create up-to-date knowledge articles.

Key responsibilities:I oversee all technology being deployed into new Lululemon stores. Handling up to 30 projects at a time due to the fast-paced environment at Lululemon.Accomplishments:• Key contributor to the overall performance of new store openings.• Managed stakeholder expectations and openly communicated to ensure updates were streamlined and well understood.• Guide and lead on-site technicians to promptly execute solutions in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.• Working alongside construction crews to best determine the course of action for on-site IT Scope of Work.• Resolve flagged issues immediately and provide daily or hourly updates until resolution.

Key responsibilities:Creative role to find and put quirky innovative technology into our Experiential stores (example: Radio-frequency healing technology). Responsibilities included engaging external vendors & liaising internally with cross-functional teams for approval to proceed to implementation which was also within my remit.Accomplishments:• Successfully worked with Lululemon Technology partners incorporating their innovative products into our retail activation initiatives. I determined best technology for Lululemon’s needs and ultimately sourced 3 unique solutions which were approved and deployed. • Put together and presented solutions to Program Managers for approval to proceed on the chosen technology.• Quickly got up to speed with this unique role which was new for me.

Key responsibilities:Supported 500+ users across APAC with internal enquiries, whilst simultaneously working with global colleagues on the implementation of a new OS deployment strategy using WDS and MDT.Accomplishments:• Designed and implemented a MS Windows deployment strategy in the APAC region. This was for the retail side (100+ stores) of Travelex’s APAC operations. Through my proposed changes I helped reduce build time from 1 day to 2 hours directly improving store downtime.

Key responsibilities:Supported 500+ users across multiple European sites including desk side support, telephone support, remote support, and E-mail / Ticketing support.Accomplishments:• Implemented the new COPE policy by working with 3rd party vendors & internal departments, moving from a blackberry solution using BES server to Android and iOS solution using Airwatch hosted via vSphere.

Key responsibilities:Part-time role while I attended University. Working alongside a senior developer, the aim was to update the company’s website according to the design specifications received.Accomplishments:• Completely revamped their website in a matter of months. Continued to incrementally improve the website and customer portal.
