As a newly established department I have developed and maintained its processes which have led to it achieving number one status in market area and top 10 status in regional and national customer service rankings, which consists of 150 plus dealerships in addition to a maximum 5 star status. My responsibilities include :- Business development by establishing, maintaining and developing customer relationships.- Managing the workloads of a team of technicians on daily basis.- Developing interdepartmental relationships, specifically between sales and Aftersales departments.

Responsible for the provision of Geophysical Logging Engineering services on behalf of Robertson Geologging for worldwide service contracts. As the chief point of contact on these projects, my responsibilities included regularly liaising with clients, geophysical data acquisition as well as geophysical data processing, analysis and presentation. Notable projects that I have worked on include the Marine and Land Ground Investigation phases of the Forth Replacement Crossing as the chief Geophysical Engineer on behalf of Arup, an internationally renowned engineering company. I also worked as the chief Geophysical Engineer on a major offshore wind farm project, situated in the North Sea on behalf of the Danish company Geo, one of the world’s leading companies in the building of offshore wind farms.
