Operate MBTA shuttles replacing rail service during track improvements. Operate employee shuttle from Logan Airport to the Chelsea Parking Garage. Operate coach buses for Harvard Business School, MIT, and several other educational institutions. Achievements: -Recognized by management for providing exceptional service and for achieving the safe driving award.

At UMass Transit, I earned my Commercial Driver License and began driving PVTA bus routes. During the summer of 2021, I became a Washcrew Supervisor. During the Fall 2021 semester, I began and completed the training necessary to become a ULeader and a dispatcher. A ULeader manages the daily washing and parking of buses at the end of the day. Dispatching is the most intensive position at UMass Transit. It involves handling phone lines, responding to radio calls, supervising drivers, handling accidents and emergencies involving buses, completing paperwork, working with management, and coordinating driver changes. As of my graduation in 2022 I have become a part time speciality driver. I drive the chancellor, the vice chancellor, as well as other employees of the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Additionally, I occasionally operate between UMass and the Mt. Ida campusAchievements: -Employee of the Month (August 2021)-An expedited dispatcher training program was granted to me exclusively due to my commitment and work ethic (August 2021)-Perfect Attendance Award (December 2021)-Safe Driving Award (June 2021, April 2022, June 2022, May 2023)-Selected to transport the platform party for the UMass Amherst 2022 graduate and undergraduate ceremonies to and from the McGuirk Alumni stadium (May 2022)-VIP Handler for the UMass Amherst 2023 graduation ceremony
