Install Base Analyst
CurrentAccountable for owning & executing install base assessment & reconciliation for products, services & software for the opportunity requested for clean up by the renewal manager.Accountable for aggregating Customer view, Network view, Partner view and Cisco view into an Installed Base (IB) baseline. This is based on an agreed upon customer definition reviewed with RM. Provide summary package of the clean up activities and review with the renewal manager.Co-ordinates all operational activities within the CPS organization to execute on IB clean up activities such as Move, Add, Change & Delete (MACD).Eliminate all internal IB pollution and work with renewal manager to identify customer related actions to get to a reconciled IB. Create Quotable IB.Enabled by the renewal manager, build an engagement model with critical customer/partner asset management personnel to accelerate the validation of the IB in support of the renewal timeline.Proficient in navigating through various tools and processes to validate and investigate sources of data pollution (duplication of serial #s, RMAs etc).Project plan with renewal manager at T-9, T-6 and T-3 for all contracts, products, services & software to ensure timely availability of data. Provide operational requirements to RM (e.g customer file availability at T-3 etc)Monitor quote creation errors and its impact on IB validation to ensure accurate entitlement post booking.
