At Vertical we design and develop digital products (mainly mobile apps) in the mental health sector for the USA government. After having took part in the Silicon Valley Study Tour in August 2018, I felt fulfilled by the experience and I decided to collaborate with this no-profit organization as a give back, aware of its incredible value.I collaborate to the growth of the Silicon Valley Study Tour, both by developing relations with partners and by collaborating to digital strategies for the acquisition of new candidates for the tour.

👨‍💻 Kallisto was a network of top-notch professionals with vertical skills in the digital industry, each one specialized in a very specific field, who we call associate members.There was no room for only "strategic talking": every associate member was firsthand fully operative. Our associates team covered:• full stack web development• data science & machine learning• business analysis• digital marketing & web analytics• digital product design• industrial design• brand design• social media management.🆘 When there was a company calling for help in a digital venture, we created a team out of our associate members, we built a strategy and went straight to the execution, which could be either to start the project from scratch or to fix the disaster made from some cheap guru that came before us.𝗣𝗨𝗥𝗘 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗘𝗦• 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿: my very vertical skill! I led the execution of the activities (while executing mine) and took care of the people involved in the project.• 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗿: the network had to grow! I helped to find new brilliant associates, onboarded them, took care of their needs and enhance their skills, and guided them through a process of continuous training.• 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿: I helped to find new clients, to draft and to close the deals.

While always working as a designer, I felt the need to add some pure business skills to my designer background, to be able to understand the complexity around a product that derives from many points of view.Techinnova S.r.l. is a startup incubator certified by MISE. I covered these activities:• business analysis• market research• business strategy• pitchSimply put, I had to develop the best business plan for the clients so they could win public financial grants.
