About Daniel Rose

As the Australasian Business Development Manager of Pinssar, I work to identify new market opportunities and support existing customers who use the world’s first continuous real-time diesel particle monitoring system.My career spans more than 23 years with a multinational mining equipment and services company. With extensive experience in Business Development, Account Management and Product Management roles across the Mining and Tunnelling industries, I have held national roles and have represented the company internationally. I have a deep understanding of local industries, having resided in four different states of Australia.Diesel particulate matter (DPM) caused by emissions is classified as a group 1 carcinogenic, however diesel equipment is a necessity for underground operations. This means the management of diesel emissions is critical for underground operations. The Pinssar system is the only reliable method of continuously monitoring DPM levels over a 24/7 period. It enables miners and tunnellers to quickly adjust and manage rising DPM levels and protect the welfare of their workers. Diesel engine exhaust emissions (also referred to as DEEE or DPM) is a serious and growing concern for personnel working in confined and insufficiently ventilated spaces. These are spaces where diesel engines expel dangerous, carcinogenic exhaust emissions.
