My contributions impacted projects including the currently in-deployment National Train Communications System (NTCS) throughout New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia. I took the initiative to introduce a documentation scheme for the internal wiring of the products being designed which were easily identifiable, instructive, complete and traceable to increase production performance and to minimise confusion and waste to untrained employees.
