I am a corporate and commercial lawyer with an entrepreneurial spirit. I have extensive experience providing strategic legal advice to global organisations. I held General Counsel positions at Sir Lloyd Dorfman’s Family Office and Doddle (a leading retail technology business). I specialise in corporate transactions (M&A, JVs, and funding rounds), and advising on commercial contracts across multiple sectors. I built and led the legal function at Doddle, supporting the business through significant growth and culminating in its successful exit to Blue Yonder Inc. in November 2023. I supported on numerous investments, across a range of businesses (including Marketing, Media, Film and Finance) within the Family Office portfolio.As a trusted advisor to Sir Lloyd Dorfman, I have a proven track record as a key legal and strategic partner to Boards and senior management, helping businesses navigate complex legal landscapes, while driving commercial growth. Whether leading M&A and funding rounds, providing strategic counsel, or negotiating high-value technology contracts, I offer practical, commercially focused solutions for founders, early stage and high growth businesses.
