ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure required records, permits, and reports are maintained and prepared according to established guidelines by company, local, state, and federal agencies Profile waste streams, maintain manifests, and compile environmental reporting (waste reports; Tier II; Form R; etc…) Respond to day-to-day employee concerns in an appropriate and timely manner Monitor and evaluate the impact of new laws, regulations, and industry standards Conduct Safety Audits and Inspections Perform investigations and root cause analyses  Conduct Training delivery Create development of training, procedures, and other communication  Manage the development, implementation and maintenance of EH&S programs (hazard communication, personal protective equipment for example) as well as managing data collection and regulatory reporting Develops employee EH&S training and awareness programs.
