I worked closely with the Total Rewards team and global People Services department to architect and consolidate IDEXX’s job catalog. I reviewed over 6,000 job descriptions to develop composite jobs, write data files, and audit employee information for October go-live. This helped streamline the global job grading system and reduced the number of different roles from over 1,500 to 800. With Workday fully implemented, I supported the implementation, launch, and finalization of Workday’s Advanced Compensation module, a module designed to streamline and consolidate company merit, bonus, and equity award cycles.
