Supported a global 7,000+ employee company to implement Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation. I worked closely with the Total Rewards team and global People Services department to architect and consolidate IDEXX’s job catalog. I reviewed over 6,000 job descriptions to develop composite jobs, write data files, and audit employee information for October go-live. This helped streamline the global job grading system and reduced the number of different roles from over 1,500 to 800. With Workday fully implemented, I supported the implementation, launch, and finalization of Workday’s Advanced Compensation module, a module designed to streamline and consolidate company merit, bonus, and equity award cycles. This role has heightened my knowledge of job description development, HRIS implementation, and base/variable compensation models.Projects include:• Map over 9,000 workers from SAP positions to Workday profiles; • Identify, troubleshoot, test, and audit tenant issues, system defects, and data inconsistencies; • Review and edit compensation models, bonus, commission, and equity plans;• Assist in IDEXX domestic and international salary range and market data analysis.
