o Manage Finance transformation portfolio for newly created businesses units within the Group;o Design and implement custom ERP and GBS operating services for Group new businesses;o Manage extended and virtual teams contributing to transformation projects implementation and realization;o Scale transformation model for other businesses within the Group;o Active engagement with senior managers, directors and transformation sponsors;o Drive change management within the areas or fields impacted by the transformation projects;o Agile methodology deployment in line with ambitions to transform ways on how projects are being deployed.

o Drive operational process improvement for intercompany group transactions and LEAN practices;o Ensure intercompany performance indicators are running in line with the agreed targets;o Intercompany compliance with policies such as recharge policy, transfer pricing, stock valuation, assists transfer;o Intercompany settlement process design for group affiliated companies and central treasury;o Intercompany consolidation and elimination in preparation for group financial reporting.

o Oversee intercompany European transactions continuous improvement process;o Implement LEAN ideas to increase intercompany process efficiency;o Provide guidance and leadership to all intercompany analysts within Europe and beyond;o Act as key referential for group new projects inquiries and project definition for intercompany matters;o Participate within group project transformation projects as intercompany domain expert;o Drive for standardization and centralization within GBS centers.

o Confirm business requirements with business and support in creating functional specifications;o Run process diagnose to identify weaknesses, waste and deficiencies and propose optimization solutions;o Perform and coordinate user acceptance test and support users training;o Support business users with dedicated trainings and supporting documentation.

o Support operational budgeting and forecasting process in collecting assumptions and business drivers;o Analyze data in order to guarantee coherence and accuracy before submitting to business review;o Present consolidated forecast to the business unit manager and bring support to measure the business performance;o Financial reports: working with Data Analytics, business stakeholders and the FP&A team.

o Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure;o Provide support for internal and external audits, ad-hoc analysis as requested by the management;o Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow and internal controls;o Actively participate in implementation of SAP system to ensure getting the best practice and optimum effectiveness.

o Ensure timely, accurate and complete accounting records in accordance with internal policies for fixed assets, constructions in progress and low value items: additions, disposals, depreciation, Fixed assets registers;o Prepare the documentation for Fixed Assets counting and ensure correct posting of FA counting differences;o Being responsible for fixed assets and low value assets accounting management (capitalization, depreciation, write off and assets accounts reconciliation).

o Ensure effective and timely delivery of the daily tasks (bank accounts clearings, journal postings, fixed assets transactions) and month / year-end closing activities (bank and balance sheet reconciliations);o Collaborate with others in Finance to support overall department goals and objectives.
