I grew up as the firstborn son of an immigrant who did not have the opportunity to receive a college education. In order to provide me with a financially secure future, my father worked multiple jobs to pay for my private school education.I put a lot of importance on my earning potential as I wanted to honor the sacrifices my parents made for me. At first, I was thrilled to have achieved my goal when I became a successful sales leader and trainer, but with all the success I had achieved, I felt something was missing. I realized that aside from having financial security, I was locked into a job that didn’t allow me any time to spend with my family, and I didn’t feel the products I offered had any real positive impact on people's lives. I decided to alter my path and pursue a career in medicine that would allow me the opportunity to provide real value to others.When Covid hit and I saw how fragile life was up close, I decided I needed to do more. I was determined to live a life that allowed me to help others to find fulfillment in their own lives just as I have been fortunate to have done.The solution that presented itself had really been right in front of my nose all this time. My mentor and friend Dr. Don Cote created a powerful life-changing leadership training and development program that I had the privilege of going through years ago. I couldn’t think of a better way of utilizing the skills I had acquired over the years than to spread this knowledge to as many people as possible, so they too could benefit from this amazing program.
