Lifeworks Global teaches lifelong skills to farmers on how to restore optimal soil health using freely available materials that boost yields by up to 150% after just one harvest. This increases incomes, enhances resilience to climate change and has long-term added benefits in terms of carbon sequestration, employment creation and abiotic stress tolerance. Lifeworks Global works across the areas of sustainable agriculture; climate change mitigation and adaptation; regenerative agriculture; and forests and landscape restoration. We work with established partners running projects in farming communities, training smallholder farmers in how to make and apply 18-day compost and microbial biofertilizers. Our key aim is to empower communities to move away from damaging chemical fertilizers, to healthy, organic alternatives to deliver lasting change.
