The Cash and Trade Process Analyst is an intermediate level role responsible for executing complex transactions and participating in complex processes in coordination with the Transaction Services Team. The overall objective is to act as a subject matter expert while processing all regular transfers, payments, trade transactions and wholesale card activity.

Responsible for the management of a team of 10 Customer Representatives (CRs) to deliver excellent customer service through their daily activities which includes issuing loans and collecting repayments from their customers in accordance with company collections processes, procedures and related policies, whilst managing performance, conducting and being able to evidence monitoring of activity, quality and outcomes to ensure fair outcomes for customers, as well as managing people and resource to ensure territories have adequate coverage to meet customer needs. Provided Performance Management of CRs to ensure that they are meeting the needs of both the customers and the business through: field support visits; recorded customer visits; regular one-to-ones; setting SMART objectives to support continuous improvement of KPIs, and by providing feedback and coaching to support development. Provided direct support to customers in financial difficulty or arrears in a sensitive and professional manner, to agree appropriate forbearance ensuring the safety of myself and my team at all times. Maintain frequent communications with peers, management and individuals across the organisation to identify and support process improvement, staff engagement and consistency, whilst keeping abreast of industry trends and regulations.

Customer Service and Operations Responsible for managing the efforts of branch staff in providing excellent levels of customer service in order to earn repeat business, including management of the rental counter, customer flow, and telephone service, as well as leading by example. Development and maintenance of the branch operational plan and overall management of branch operations. Human Resource Management Responsible for supervising, mentoring, training, coaching, evaluating and development of staff, including providing continual feedback, regarding employee performance by meeting with personnel to monitor sales goals and overall performance. Responsible for preparing effective and timely employee reviews and participation in the review process, as well as administer and recommend appropriate performance management, promotions, transfers and other personnel actions. Sales and Marketing and Finance Performance Responsible for development, planning and active participation in branch sales and marketing efforts in order to grow the business locally and improve existing relationships. Responsible for training, motivating and coaching employees to increase branch sales by understanding, communicating, and using the 4-step sales process to promote and sell optional protection products, vehicle features and benefits, fuel options and additional equipment. Management of branch’s outstanding debt profile, control branch controllable costs and manage break even, including supervision and training of other employees regarding branch receivables and branch break-even. Fleet Management and Maintenance Responsible for evaluation of fleet mix and management of fleet for rentals, including ensuring adherence to delete policy as well as completion of daily unit reconciliation. Management of vehicle maintenance and repairs, including preventative maintenance, manufactures recalls, breakdowns and accident damage and ensure vehicles are ready to rent.
