Pipeline control systems include control cabinets for PLCs, remote I/O cabinets, Metering cabinets for Flow computers, Motor Control Center Buildings (4160,480), SCADA Communication cabinets, Control networks like EthernetIP, Control Net, and Device Net. Develop and integrate HMIs for operators and technicians for troubleshoot and operator the control system. Supported Operation from Control Center all the way down end devices. These were all components I worked on a daily base at Energy Transfer.

The HMI would include standard alarms for process and conveyors, reports with backed SQL servers, and control for the process. The software used for developing HMIs would depend on spec provided by the customer.• Developed Conveyor Monitoring HMIs for Durr to be implemented for GM. Worked with PM&C during the bundled projects GM Oshawa GM Lordstown, and GM Delta. conveyor and process check-out.• Developed standard conveyor logic and HMIs for the Durr’s RO-DIP• Start-up, debug, and electrical check-out of systems with-in the Paint Shops
