• Act as the primary contact and lead support associate for multiple critical components of the platform and help resolve customer issues in a timely manner• Collaborate with platform product owners and play a critical role in end-to-end Operations Management of Application/Data Platform as a Service• Collaborate with technical/business leaders and platform product owners to acquire and understand requirements/acceptance criteria and provide platform stability• Participate in capacity planning, disaster recovery, and high availability planning• Recommend observability standards and enable platform observability through logging and monitoring• Triage production issues and work with multiple teams to perform problem analysis • Perform ongoing research to explore new features, versions, and related technologies, and provide recommendations to enhance our offerings• Document standard run books and operating procedures and assign/review tasks from junior and offshore associate engineers • Participate in conducting new hire interviews• Work closely with the project team and report clearly and accurately to management• Build and maintain stable working relationships internally

• Analyze, interpret and communicate results of lease pricing • Establish and administer lease pricing parameters to drive the company goals and growth potential• Expert in the lease pricing management tools including third-party pricing software, Salesforce analytical tools and customer data warehouse applications• Conduct collaborative events that help generate pricing guidance direction for field sales and operations leaders• Effectively communicate pricing recommendations to Pricing department leadership, corporate cross-functional Pricing leadership team and field leadership through persuasive presentations, easy to understand analytics, confident verbal presentation skills and solid analytical regime• Accurately maintain the third-party pricing system within the guidelines and rules established by the corporate cross-functional Pricing leadership team and Pricing Department directives

•Provide accounting and financial problem resolution through proactive responses to warranty, repair order system, inventory, and vendor issues.•Investigate maintenance repairs for any trending parts deficiencies•Provide training to field service managers •Develop and maintain department business plan•Expert in maintenance data and its sources and usage•Data analysis to identify, validate, and communicate issues within a unit population (Customer, unit specifications, job cost analysis, and vehicle age analysis)• Provide Sr management with periodic maintenance, cost, rebate, and operational forecasts• Support field management in executing on plans involving inventory procedures, planned maintenance strategies, labor analysis, and other operational initiatives• Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
