We utilize various molecular biology techniques to analyze cells and tissues for biomarkers of disease. We also continually innovate by developing and refining in-house software, technology, and processes to improve experimental throughput and research quality.Current Responsibilities:- Continues and expands on previous research tech role- Manages lab operations, including procurement and lab safety- Interviews, trains, and supervises new employees- Assists in the writing of lab publications- Advances quality of research and data analysis by integrating various fields outside the lab's expertise (e.g. Matlab programming, Next-Generation Sequencing)
