I am working as an Authorized Specimen Collector/Laboratory clerk where my job environment was composed of medical works and competing with professionally registered people and also where I am exposed from people inquires and customer service and belonged to Sales Department, and part of it I am also a Team leader, though it is not proportioned to what I had graduated I took it as a new challenge and experience but I’m a person with so much determination and courage to work hard. I am a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to make a change both personally and for those I work with. I feel I have the skills and experience to competently take on and flourish in this role.I am a detail-oriented person and I am very attentive to details. I am also well versed in the English language, both verbal and written communication. I am familiar with using different CRMs or software like social media, Microsoft Office tools, and Google Drive tools. This makes me a tech-savvy person. I may not know how to use the tools you're using in the business, but I believe I can learn how to use them the same way I have figured out how to use the tools I mentioned. I may not be the best candidate for this role if the basis is experience, but I can still be the best CSR you are looking for if given the chance to be trained and learn your company's processes.
