CYL Infrared StudioSM is a luxury infrared sauna studio. Our clients can enjoy sweating in their own personal infrared sauna pod within the serenity of one of our private sauna suites. A standard sweat session is 30 minutes long at CYL Sauna StudioSM. Sweating is your body’s natural way to heal and stay healthy. Our saunas are designed for the deepest most detoxifying sweat possible using infrared energy (heat).

I provided educational and employment guidance, mentorship and life skills training (i.e. active parenting, fitness, budgeting, meal planning) to clients throughout their transition to the community from Youth Correctional Facilities and monitored their progress in the community.
