I have several years of experience working with people and have gleaned several years of training in how to deal with people effectively. I have several years of working in Law Enforcement as a Police Officer working with individuals on the street, working in Correctional Facilities with individuals that are in the state correctional system, working with Work Release for the County dealing with a 140 bed facility that housed both male and female adult clients as well as juveniles in the same building. I have experience in managing up to 24 work schedules as well as weekly meetings with the staff for training purposes and payroll for the entire department.
