• Online research and scanning of new business prospects, distributors, and end customers in order to find new business opportunities to drive revenue growth;• Creation and maintenance of various types of online marketing materials in both English and Spanish including SEO-friendly content creation for the different corporate websites.

• Software localization including user interfaces, online help files, databases and documentation for multilingual projects requiring extensive project work, testing and QA• Produce and manage production of English/Spanish technical content (e.g. knowledge base articles, video scripts, instruction manuals, web pages) for our customers• Assistance to Marketing & Sales teams in the preparation of sales materials and providing post-sales support by solving technical or language related issues that may arise with the sale• Preparation of sales presentations for sales meetings and attending when appropriate

• Research, record and update details on politically influential people in countries all round the world for the Factiva Public Figures & Associates database (PFA), a global reference almanac of Politically Exposed Persons (PEP)• Use a range of relevant electronic and non-electronic published sources, including government websites, sources carried on Dow Jones own products and locally published biographical directories• Extract data from those sources, following a set of guidelines (FATF, Basel, Wolfsberg, JMLSG) on PEP selection and the level of personal details required, and verifying the accuracy of the material added to the database• Compose all the PFA technical documentation in English and Spanish (user manual, online help files, etc) for our clients
