Hondar was created to start a joint venture partnering with well known Mexican geologist to start a mining company with operations in Mexico.Nowadays, Hondar is focused on the processing of minerals, being one of the few companies capable of doing it on an efficient manner. We designed and built a 120 metric tons per day processing plant and reconditioned a 60 metric tons per day processing plant.

TXO Resources has been involved in different industries like oil & gas, mining, real estate and new/innovating technologies. - Oil & Gas: Represent, analyze, and purchase mineral rights and producing oil & gas properties in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma markets generating an annual return of over 30% with existing production or utilizing enhancements techniques. Also, TXO specialized in developing saltwater disposal well operations and participates in drilling programs. - Mining: TXO owns the majority of Hondar, LLC and Metal Mining Group, LLC and has been involved in mining activities in Mexico and USA. Also has provided consulting services to new small companies in the US and help them go through all the process from claiming a mining property to begin exploration and production. - Real Estate: TXO has been involved, as a passive investor, in the construction of new residential homes in Colorado Springs, Colorado. TXO bought land East from Oklahoma City to build and developed an upscale RV park located in I-40. - New and innovative technologies: TXO has funded, consulted, and advised several startup companies with a new or innovative product that can revolutionize its industry. We have worked as a mediator on several deals, one of them was new geothermal US company and Grupo CARSO, from Mexico.Main responsibilities: Overseeing the day-to-day management for all companies/ projects, create annual operating plans and annual operating budgets, and P&L responsibility for each company owned by TXO resources or project which TXO participated/invested. In charge of overall strategy and execution of all executive teams and/or project managers.
