Designed and implemented new SOP for that station ensuing over 100% year over year reduction in errors, delivering one of the best KPIs of the network.  Aided in the implementation of CRM platform for the Operational departments in the region. Collaborated researching information and providing analyses for annual contract renegotiation of equipment, labor and facilities. Developed a plan to substitute materials in LAX which resulted in savings of USD $42,000/yr. while reducing waste and damages to freight. Played a major role in the organizational restructuring of the operation which resulted in cost savings of $ 900K.
