Mr. Scheiner has a split role between customer facing services and product development. He works with customers throughout the project lifecycle from requirements gathering and design, to implementation and maintenance of their automation solutions. He has configured a variety of integrations with third party portals and backend systems. Using his experience with Azure and both SQL and non-SQL databases, he develops Power BI reporting dashboards. With the product development team, Mr. Scheiner is working as a Software Engineer on two projects: the redesign of SimpliGov's front-end portal in Angular; and a Python Web API service, which he built and maintains himself. Based on Mr. Scheiner’s experience of cycle racing, athletic performance, and use of advanced training software, he provided coaching and mentoring to competitive cyclists. Mr. Scheiner analyzed each athlete’s physiology, strengths, weaknesses, and target events to created, monitored, and refreshed individualized training programs. He accompanied athletes on training rides and guided them through race dynamics, teamwork, and strategy.

Over a six-month period, Mr. Scheiner completed a research project in Professor Juan Du’s laboratory group at the Centre of Translational Microbiome Research (CTMR), Department of Microbiology, Tumor and Cell Biology (MTC), Karolinska Institute. Dehra Dun Area, India

As part of a group of 14 university students, Mr. Scheiner undertook a 3-week internship with Aasraa trust (being a local charity) on a project designed to foster a deeper insight into the healthcare and financial challenges facing India. His internship involved designing innovative strategies to improve the functioning of Aasraa’s outreach team and to improve teacher-student engagement.

The NRS is the highest level of road cycle racing in Australia encompassing a calendar of 10-15 races throughout the year, with roughly 30 teams and 100-150 riders. Many of the races involve cycling over 100 km a day for 3-6 days. Teams are required to work together and deploy tactics on the fly.
