Liberty Wines prides itself on service and I played a big part in helping to manage a team of 23. I gained experience in line managing a number of employees, which is an aspect I really enjoyed. I had great exposure to Liberty's portfolio and often helped out with trade tastings.Main responsibilities included; overseeing the daily order processing, dealing with customer complaints and escalations, finding solutions to logistical problems, process improvements, managing invoices and wine credits.

Opened a pop-up restaurant in Dalston, serving fresh home made Tibetan dumplings. We took over Brunswick East Cafe Wednesday to Sunday evenings for 6 months serving simple but delicious Tibetan dumplings, craft beers and wines, in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. A small venue of just 30 covers, we managed a successful stint in the East London Café.

The role I had at Foxtons was a sales and target driven role often selling multiple flats at a time. These mainly consisted of 'off plan' units to a range of different buyers from around the world for both investment and personal use. Making 60-100 calls per day to reach out to potential business.I Had great success there, rising to the top 10% of the company within just 2 years.

Responsibilities: Sales, stock management, customer service, social media (in charge of the twitter account), organising tasting events and all aspects of retail management.
