I began my legal career with the law firm of Hosp, Lytle, Richard & Granieri in 1986 becoming an associate in 1989, concentrating my practice on defending commercial assigned risk liability, government-public entity liability, commercial premises liability and bad faith litigation for major insurance carriers, municipalities and corporations.I was a resident associate with the Los Angeles office of the National law firm of Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold, I concentrated my practice in the areas of insurance law, handling all aspects of personal injury defense, environmental litigation, business litigation, government liability, subrogation, insurance bad faith, insurance coverage, creditor-debtor litigation, products liability, real estate, anti-trust litigation and civil appellate matters. I successfully litigated a wide variety of civil arbitration and trials.Since 1993, I continued to specialize in civil and business law with an emphasis on professional liability, complex litigation, construction defect litigation, corporate formation, employment law, real estate law and civil litigation. I handle legal matters in all jurisdictions of California, State and Federal courts. Additionally, I continue to pursue a broad-based trial and appellate practice.
