Responsible for managing portions the Joplin Replacement Hospital program that totaled approximately $500 million. Direct management of specific work packages including building shell / facade, patient tower and ambulatory / outpatient tower. The replacement, greenfield hospital was in response to the EF-5 tornado that destroyed the St. John's Mercy Regional Medical Center on 5/22/11. New acute care hospital included a 890,000 sf facility with 198 patient rooms (with capacity to grow to 260 plus) with a fully integrated / connected physician office building and a 40,000 sf supporting energy plant, all on a newly developed 100 acre site.

Responsible for managing the construction of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Field Office in a CMa role for the General Services Administration (GSA). Approximate project cost of $40 Million and included a new 100,000 SF office building, 30,000 vehicle annex facility, secured parking garage and 3,000 sf visitor screening facility.

Jefferson City, Mo

Responsible for managing the construction of the new Christopher S. Bond Federal Courthouse in a CMa role for the General Services Administration (GSA). Approximate project cost of $70 Million and included new four (4) new courtrooms as well as office space for federal agencies including U.S. Courts, U.S. Marshalls, Department of Homeland Security and the GSA. Approximate square footage was 110,000 sf.
