● Conduct Compliance Risk Assessment on a suite of twenty products across the organization. ● Analyze and advise product owners of regulatory rule change applicability to a suite of twenty products across the organization. ● Ensure new products are developed to comply with relevant state and federal regulations including HIPAA, ADA Title II, BSA/AML, and CFPB Regulations. ● Evaluate embedded finance and buy now pay later offerings for integration with existing products. ● Develop and implement compliance program controls including new policies, monitoring and testing, client inquiry response, and product marketing review. ● Provide direct compliance oversight to state licensed money transmission subsidiaries and ensure . ● Lead team in responding to regulatory examination requests and other regulatory inquiries.
