Its customer base includes small, medium and large companies in several other countries across six continents.Responsibilities:Team size: 11; Projects: > 70; Avg. volume: ~ $18m - Establishment of newly created Project Quality EMEA program embedded in Dematic EMEA structure to ensure all requirements are aligned with Dematic (EMEA) business strategies- Drive definition and application of project quality standards and principles across EMEA, enhancing the process framework- Managing Project Quality Leads in EMEA Markets and oversee overall Performance Management of regional market PQ Team and KPI Deliverables- Acting as Escalation Function by partnering with PMO / Execution / Operation EMEA Leadership or other subject matter experts- Partner with Project Management, Installation, end-customers, regulatory agencies, subcontractors and internal departments on quality-related matters as required- Guide very complex technical interchange and knowledge transfer for both processes and application of products to system design.

Implementation of new Project Quality Organization for EMEA sub-region: Central EuropeActs as primary interface with customer relative to project quality matters•Implements and oversees our quality programs across various projects for our customer. •Develops a project/program plan on very complex projects or programs.•Partners with Project Managers, customers, regulatory agencies, subcontractors and internal departments on quality-related matters as required•Provides direction to quality team members in resolving technical issues/problems across project sites. •Develops the application of providing technical and operational expertise in the concept, design, and definition of very complex integrated systems.•Guides very complex technical interchange and knowledge transfer for both processes and application of products to system design.•Participates in cross-functional meetings with regard to non-conformance, ensuring speed and rigour in corrective actions •Oversees critical project Non-Conformities and ensures timely resolution.•Drives document control systems for all quality data and ensure corrective measures are enacted for noncompliance.•Responsible for Conducting/participating in local quality audits. Interpret findings and manage corrective action responses•Champions process change to eliminate non-conformance trends •Provide oversight to the inspection process for work across various disciplines
