• Responsible for providing technical advice and solutions to new and existing corporate customers on the products and services.• Responsible for providing technology updates related to SANGFOR Security products (SWG,-Secure Web Gateway, NGAF- Next-Gen Application Firewall, ES- Endpoint Secure, SSL VPN, NTA- Network Traffic Analysis) and services.• Responsible for actively driving and managing the pre-sales process with direct and channel customers and to align solutions design with customers’ business requirements.• Provide support in terms of technical knowledge and expertise, and to determine technical and business requirements.• Assist in presenting solutions and services/showcasing products to potential clients, and to assist in cybersecurity assessment projects.• Liaise with partners for product support and to obtain more information in order to consult and help the customer to overcome any challenges in their security aspect.• Presenting and conducting demos/Proofs-of-Concept to potential clients.• Deployment, Installation, Troubleshooting on the Products.

After my internship for 3 months in Technical Support. I requested to switch to FAE department so that I can experience and learnt something more before I back to campus to complete my Degree. Basically, the job scope in FAE is about to assist with POC project, giving training to the customer about SANGFOR Products, Documentation, and on-site troubleshooting client’s technical flaws. I have learnt how to communicate with the user to know their current pain points and work together with others to solve it as soon as possible.

Working as a Trainee in the Technical Support Department in Sangfor. Usually to help customer to solve their technical doubts in our forum and live chat. Apart from that, I will in charge of giving remote assistance for customers if they are facing technical issues on Sangfor products including IAM (Internet Access Management), NGAF (Next Generation Application Firewall), HCI (Hyper-Converged Infrastructure), SSLVPN, and so on. I have learnt a lot of knowledge of network troubleshooting and also the SANGFOR products
